I started my career in Utah at a small agency, bounced around the country for a bit working on things like Chrysler and Las Vegas tourism, and then landed in LA working at TBWA\Chiat\Day. I was there for almost ten years working on brands like Visa (primarily the Go World Visa Olympic campaigns voiced by Morgan Freeman), Johnson & Johnson, Playstation and Nissan, and had the pleasure of working with Lee Clow on a lot of it. After a little time freelancing, I then took the Creative Director job at Theranos (Yep, that Theranos), it’s a long story. Anyway, I have now spent the last four years at Google as an Integrated Creative Lead primarily working on the Google Pixel and Stadia where I manage teams, work with different agencies and production companies, and more often than not, roll up my sleeves and do a lot of the work as I just can’t help myself. I’m married to a fellow creative and we have two boys, Q and Dizzy, who are 13 and 10 and awesome. I love coming up with ideas, solving problems, finding solutions and making things that are smart, simple and beautiful. I also enjoy not taking myself too seriously, not being a jerk and having as much fun as possible in what we all know can be a crazy, stressful business.
